Olivier Ranch Olivier Ranch was founded by our parents, Charles and Sally Olivier, has always been an active cattle ranch, originally raising registered Hereford cattle. We hosted our own production sale each year with both Bobbi and Bruce showing throughout the country at many local, state, and national shows, winning many top honors in those shows.
Legacy This legacy is still continued today with both commercial and registered calves, shown by Bruce and Valerie’s kids! The change is that now, rather than all registered Herefords, we have Angus, Shorthorn, and a couple of other breeds in the picture also.
We currently own several bulls who are “top sires” in the showcalf industry as well as producing the best beef producing bloodlines in the industry.
Production Sale We will once again begin hosting an annual Production Sale, featuring those top notch calves from this breeding program. Plans to incorporate a multi-division Youth Futurity, Speech Contest, and Scholarships as well as a Heifer to be given away each fall are forth coming.
In the past several years, we have greatly expanded our operation, nearly doubling our numbers of cow/calf pairs. A new rotational grazing venture is also one of the major changes that we have implemented into our ranch programs this year.
Schrock Ranch
We recently purchased the “Schrock Ranch” which has given us the opportunity to nearly double our cowherd in size and begin building a new ranch headquarters facility. We can’t wait for it to be completed although it is currently a “Work In Progress”.
